Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of puekscalper.com. By subscribing or using the dashboard, you accept them.

What the service is

Puek Scalper publishes XAUUSD trading signals — entry, take-profit levels and a stop loss — with a dashboard showing live price, running pips and a position-size calculator.

It is information, not financial advice. We do not manage money, we do not place trades for you, and we do not know your circumstances. Every decision to enter or exit a trade is yours.

Risk warning

Trading leveraged products carries a high risk of loss and is not suitable for everyone. You can lose more than you intend to. Past performance — including any figures published on this site — does not predict future results. Never trade money you cannot afford to lose.

Your access key

• A key is issued to one person and is not transferable.
• You may use it on your own devices. Sharing, reselling or republishing our signals is not permitted.
• We may revoke a key that is being shared or resold, without refund.

Subscriptions and billing

• Every plan renews automatically — weekly, monthly or quarterly, depending on which you chose — until you cancel.
• The $1 first week is a joining offer, once per person. After that week the plan renews at its normal price, shown before you pay.
• Stripe processes payments and holds your card details; we never receive them.

Prices shown at checkout are what you pay. If a price changes, it applies from your next renewal and never retroactively.

Cancelling

Cancel at any time from your dashboard using the Cancel Subscription button. Cancelling stops future charges; access runs to the end of the period you already paid for.

If your access has expired and you cannot log in to reach that button, email support@puekscalper.com and we will cancel it for you — or message us on Telegram at @pueksignalbot. Being locked out is never a reason for you to keep being charged.

Refunds

Access is delivered immediately and is a digital service, so a period that has started is not refundable. Two exceptions, applied without argument:

• Duplicate or incorrect charges are refunded in full.
• If we could not deliver — no key issued, or the service was unavailable for a meaningful part of your period — we refund or extend, whichever you prefer.

Email us before raising a chargeback. It is faster, and we would rather solve it directly.

Availability

We aim to publish signals during market hours and keep the dashboard online, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Markets close, feeds fail and platforms have outages. Where an outage materially affects a period you paid for, the refund terms above apply.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Puek Scalper is not liable for trading losses, lost profits, or indirect losses arising from use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows when. Material changes are notified through the dashboard or by email. These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia.

Customers buy from many countries, so nothing here removes consumer rights you hold under the law where you live.
